You Jane are a big giver. Like many people actually. Perhaps just people who I am not around often enough. Perhaps it’s those givers that yes too for me make it not so hopeless.

I draw my reassurance from the fact I see little kids do random helpful stuff for each other often, not out of ego or appearances, but just to help, to give. Not always, but often enough to really notice. I think we are programmed to give deep down, but we seem to forget how, somehow. A mystery.
