The day of the jig.
Jo told me the other day she’d been praying that the mail would arrive. And well, it sort of worked, because the next day Gabbie got 2 massive packages. I told Emily this, and she thought maybe we needed to be more direct with the prayers. So right there and then she sent a prayer that I would get my mail. And, it seemed to work a treat…because…the next day, I Got Mail.
And I danced a jig of Joy.

Hello pumpkin!!
I started to learn Japanese a fortnight ago and found out that my name in Japanese is Ruushi. I love it! I read your blogs every few days and I think that you should write a book. Yes, i am being serious- you have a gift.
Im glad your enjoying yourdelf sweet pea- so where do you put the avocado seed when you make the salsa?
Love you lots,
PS I want a signed copy of the book when it is published.

I just want to dispute that it was only the power of Mil’s prayer that made the mail come because my prayer was that Jem gets mail.
Just in case anyone thought God listens to Mil more than me….
But it could be the “if two of you gather and ask something in my name” thing.. cause I had been praying in isolation.
So that should be a lesson to us all.
Oh I am so jolly happy that mail has arrived!!

I would like to see your jig of joy… I need some new dance moves for the lounge room! Hello Jem, thanks for blogging so frequently, I am feeling so in tune with you, you probably haven’t even noticed how much time we have spent together recently… yay for your thoughtful expressions!!

Ruushi. How is that name! You’re so kind…just when I was having a writing crisis (I have to write for uni). But you know, writing a book is the last thing in this world I could ever imagine myself doing.
Oh sweet grapefruit, you put the avocado seed in the salsa, in the container with it.Uh huh.
And I think you’re right Jo…when two or more people gather together. It’s clear..because it worked a charm and my letter writing has been ever so encouraged.
Oh Fi, I’m so glad we’ve been hanging out. Now if I can manage to make a little jig video clip I will.
